Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the products. We offer free shipping on orders over a specific amount, which will be indicated during the checkout process.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Major Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5-7 business days Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary due to external factors such as weather, holidays, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Carriers

We use reputable courier services for shipping. The courier service selected will depend on your location and the size of the package. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery on the courier’s website.

6. Delivery Issues

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address or other issues, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within Pakistan.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages
