SHIPPING & EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. No Returns / General Exchange Policy
    Tayyab Hijab does not offer returns or general exchanges on any products.

  2. Exchange Eligibility (Within 7 Days Only)
    Products purchased from our website may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery only if one or more of the following conditions apply:

    • The exchange request is submitted within the specified time frame.

    • The item received is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

    • The product received is different from the original order.

    • Any item or component is missing from the package (including price tags, labels, or original packaging).

    All claims must be reported within 7 days of the original order date.

    To raise a dispute, please email clear pictures of the defective item to tayyabhijab@gmail.com or call +92 325 6926608 within 7 days of order delivery.

    Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will make every effort to resolve disputes fairly. Once the item is received and verified by our team, a replacement of equal value (as mentioned on the invoice) will be issued and shipped to the customer’s address.

  3. Shipping Costs for Exchange
    In case of an exchange, the customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges.

  4. Discounted Items
    Items purchased at a discount or on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. No Refund Policy
    Tayyab Hijab does not offer refunds or money-back guarantees on purchased items.

  2. Cancellation for Credit Card / PayPal Orders
    Customers who pay via Credit Card or PayPal may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.

    • The paid amount will not be refunded.

    • Instead, a coupon of the same value will be issued, valid for 60 days and redeemable on Tayyab Hijab.

  3. Order Cancellation by Tayyab Hijab
    Tayyab Hijab reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to:

    • Item out of stock

    • Damage identified during quality inspection

    • Technical errors

    • Credit card or PayPal payment failure or decline

  4. Data Security
    We do not store credit card details and do not share customer information with any third parties.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

  1. Product Images & Colors
    We make every effort to ensure that product images and descriptions are accurate. However, minor variations may occur due to:

    • Additional embellishments used during photoshoots

    • Lighting conditions

    • Screen display settings

    • Printing quality of catalogs or inlay cards

    As a result, actual product colors and details may differ slightly from images shown on the website.

  2. Product Information Accuracy
    All product details are clearly mentioned on our website. Customers are strongly advised to review product descriptions carefully before placing an order.
